Criterion to divide regions:
Depending on the development status and distribution characteristics of mold industry, we divide the mold enterprises in China into three regions:
  • Yangtze River Delta (East China : the most promising region for mold industry)

  • Include: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi.
  • Pearl River Delta (South East: with the largest demand of mold )

  • Include: Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Hunan, Hainan.
  • Bohai-Rim Economic Circle (Northeast China, North China etc.)

  • Include: Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hebei and the rest of the country.

    Criterion to divide sales regions
    We established three sales regions corresponding to the above geographical regions. In each sales region, offices are set up in major cities depending on the development status of local mold industry.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • To conduct market research, investigation and analysis. In charge of the product sales, market development and product promotion; Involved in the making of sales strategy;
  • To design and carry out sales promotion program;
  • To conduct price analysis and work out price policy.
  • To work out company-level sales plan;
  • Be in charge of the coordination and services between clients and multiple sales office.
  • To conduct daily management over Catalogue Section and automotive mold business.


  • Sales regions
    Major responsibilities:
  • To conduct research and investigate into the regional market and collect, sort and analyze information concerning the market, clients, competitors and industrial status;
  • To expand and maintain the market share , contact the clients and maintain the relationship with the clients, handle the customer complaints and opinions in the region ;
  • To prepare the sales policy in this region and execute the sales policy made by the headquarter. To be in charge of the sales program within this region;
  • To be in charge of the personal management of any branches within the region;
  • To organize and preside over the sales meeting ;
  • Be in charge of the liaison and feed-back between this office and other office /department;
